How the information that arrives through the studio's contact form is collected, stored, and deleted, and what you can request at any time about your own data.
When you complete the form on the contact page, the site records only the fields you see on screen: first and last name, email address, contact phone number (optional), the reason for your inquiry among the available options (original work, limited edition reproduction, mural project, creative workshop, or brand collaboration), the details you write in the message, and the confirmation that you agree to be contacted by the studio. There are no hidden fields or collection of data that does not appear in that form.
Along with what you write, the system stores the date and time of submission, the form identifier, the language of the page from which it was submitted, and the originating GET query string. This technical data is recorded only to reconstruct the context of each message and is not used for profiling or advertising.
Form responses are stored locally in the /private/submissions.jsonl file within the site itself. They are not sent by automatic email, not uploaded to a CRM, not used to process payments, and not transferred to third parties. Access to that file remains under the control of the site owner.
There is no scheduled automatic deletion. Records remain in /private/submissions.jsonl until the site owner deletes them manually. If you want your inquiry to be deleted sooner, you can request it through the contact channels listed below.
You can request access to the information we have recorded about you, request its correction if it is outdated or incorrect, request its deletion, receive a copy in a reusable format (portability), and withdraw at any time the consent you gave when submitting the form. These requests are handled manually and at no cost. If you reside in the European Union or in California, the rights recognized by the GDPR and the CCPA respectively also apply.
For any request related to your data, write to us at hello@kimwilsonartist.com or call us at +54 11 4900-1624. You can also send your request by postal mail to Av. Corrientes 1234, Piso 8, Oficina 802, C1043 Buenos Aires, Argentina. Indicate in the subject line that it is a privacy inquiry so that we handle it through the correct channel.
This site does not publish fake testimonials, does not attribute endorsements that do not exist, does not use third-party brands as its own, and does not promise results it cannot support. It also does not resort to artificial urgency or misleading messages about the origin of the works or the ownership of the studio. If at any point we change the way we handle data, we will update this page so that it reflects actual practice.
